We enjoyed the hotel, it was chic and had magnificent location adjacent to excellent restaurants, Speicherstadt and the centre of Hamburg. Very attentive and efficient staff at the night shift, without being intrusive.

Exceptional service, even though a few employees were quite busy. The king room was fancy, included an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk.

Check in was early, hotel was chic, locations was perfect equally positioned to most of attractions. The king room we stayed in was great-sized and fashionable. Could use an individual safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar. The service was absolutely welcoming.

The stay was absolutely really enjoyable. The restaurant was good, exceptional service, fabulous food. We were offered king room complete with a sofa, comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom. The location was best possible and exceptionally nice, for example, a vast model railway was at a short distance from the hotel...

Everything was good, fairly clean hotel, marvellous location in the centre of Hamburg. The staff was accommodating and made us feel comfortable. Had new-fashioned and fashionable room, it included a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe. We greatly enjoyed helpful service.

This hotel is located in an exclusive area of a bustling city and offers a lovely modern atmosphere. The breakfast is a mix of buffet and table service, with delicious side dishes to choose from. The staff, though young, are friendly and accommodating. There are two excellent restaurants on the ground floor, one with an Asian theme and the other with a French flair. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with touchscreen guest services, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet.

One downside of this hotel is the sustainability issue - the taps are difficult to turn and cannot be easily stopped, resulting in excessive water wastage.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Hamburg. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. Despite being centrally located, the hotel managed to provide a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It had a luxurious feel and everything seemed new and well-maintained. The free mini bar was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall value. We especially loved the beautiful backyard with its two restaurants serving delicious French and Japanese cuisine. It was a true oasis with plenty of dining options just beyond the hotel's courtyard. The main shopping streets and famous Rathus were also just a stone's throw away. Access to the Metro lines was easy, making it convenient for exploring the city. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, just a short stroll away from a vast model railway.

Location: the hotel was so close to main attractions, restaurants, bar and clubs and the center. I enjoyed the room, it was spotlessly clean and had a convenient decor. The stuff was super-friendly and accommodating, and the service was helpful!

The staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city by foot. If you prefer a quieter room, I recommend requesting one that faces the back as the road can be noisy in the mornings. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and they had a beautiful backyard with two restaurants serving delicious French and Japanese cuisines. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a courtyard filled with a variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs. it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
